I want to create a scanography project to help bring awareness to the D.A.R.E program. I want to use the black, white and red color palette to create a simple almost gif-like project.

Scanography is a simple yet effective way to create distortion effects by using physical methods to create an animation that is a nontraditional practical effect. I also want to try and use audio from previous commercials or videos they have created.

 

This project was inspired by the work that Oregon is trying to do with its new drug bills. This is to help people who are addicts get the help they deserve rather than getting jail time that could ruin their life and make it harder for them to recover and build back their life. Trying to emphasize helping people rather than incarcerating them.
